About the role
We need a hands-on production supervisor to lead our duct fabrication teams. You will plan daily output, allocate resources, and enforce safety and 5S practices while meeting quality and delivery targets.
You will be a key link between engineering, planning, and the shop floor.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules and manpower allocation.
- Ensure safe operation of machinery and adherence to PPE and site rules.
- Train and mentor operators on methods, quality, and productivity.
- Report KPIs, downtime, and improvement opportunities to management.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in sheet metal or HVAC duct manufacturing.
- 2+ years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Solid understanding of coil lines, plasma, folding, and assembly processes.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
