About the role
Join our quality team to verify that every product leaving the factory meets FMC’s standards and project specifications. You will perform inspections at key stages, document non-conformities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is critical to maintaining our ISO scope and our reputation with consultants and contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of ducts, fittings, and accessories.
- Maintain inspection records, test reports, and traceability documentation.
- Raise and track NCRs and verify corrective actions.
- Support internal audits and management review activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or related discipline.
- 2+ years’ QC experience in metal fabrication, HVAC, or construction manufacturing.
- Understanding of welding/seaming, gauges, and dimensional checks.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and ITPs.
- Detail-oriented mindset and strong documentation habits.
